This role focuses on empowering transition-aged youth (ages 16-21) and individuals with disabilities, providing them with essential job readiness training, worksite development, and valuable paid work experiences. A successful candidate will be a natural communicator with a genuine desire to help others succeed and the ability to match applicants with employment opportunities that suit their unique skills and aspirations.
Asotin County Community Services fosters an inclusive and supportive work culture that values innovation and compassion. In this role, you'll work one-on-one and in group settings to help clients increase their confidence, develop practical job skills, and connect with meaningful employment. We're looking for applicants who hold at least a bachelor's degree in human services, education, business, or a related field—or those with a solid combination of education and at least two years of relevant experience (such as providing job readiness or placement opportunities to individuals with disabilities). Prior experience in job development or sales is a plus. You must also hold a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a drug and background check.
