As a vital member of our operations, you will play an essential role in planning, scheduling, and evaluating the repair and maintenance of county vehicles, Public Works equipment, and Sheriff patrol vehicles. The Shop Foreman is responsible for hands-on work, as well as advising and consulting with subordinate staff. This role is ideal for those who enjoy mentoring others, problem-solving, and ensuring operations continue even in adverse weather conditions. Qualified candidates must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and have a proven track record in equipment or automotive repair and maintenance supervision.
