About Asotin County Conservation District
Are you passionate about environmental restoration, teamwork, and making a direct impact on your community? The Asotin County Conservation District (ACCD) is looking for a dedicated Restoration Crew Member to become part of our collaborative team in scenic Asotin, Washington. As a long-standing leader in natural resource protection and land management, ACCD partners with landowners, stakeholders, and statewide organizations to develop and implement projects that enhance the natural beauty and ecological health of Asotin County.
As a Restoration Crew Member, you will be working full-time on a variety of restoration initiatives. Your days will involve hands-on work in the field, collaborating closely with experienced ACCD professionals, landowners, and conservation partners. Key responsibilities include assisting with the installation and maintenance of native vegetation, streambank stabilization, wetland enhancements, and various soil and water conservation projects. Whether you’re beginning your career in conservation or looking to apply your skills in a new setting, this position offers comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing support from ACCD’s expert staff.
We seek applicants who are reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to safety and stewardship. Prior experience in restoration, agriculture, or land management is helpful but not required—what matters most to us is your enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and dedication to conservation goals.
ACCD offers competitive hourly compensation starting at $18.52 to $21.00 per hour (depending on qualifications/experience), within Wage Range 3. Our benefits package is designed to support your health and well-being, and includes additional incentives for outstanding performance.
