As an Operator / Truck Driver, you will be responsible for performing essential road maintenance activities in all weather conditions, ensuring the safety and accessibility of our roads year-round. The role requires flexibility, as you may be called upon for extended or on-call hours to respond to urgent maintenance needs. Applicants must be able to lift up to 100 pounds, possess a current Class A Commercial Driver’s License, and demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with the public.

We value candidates with additional experience in Class 8 Diesel mechanics, equipment operation (such as road graders, excavators, or wheel loaders), road maintenance, and metal fabrication or welding.
