We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. As a vital member of our staff, you will play a key role in ensuring our subscribers and customers receive the highest level of service, both in person and over the phone.

Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for many of our valued readers, making this position essential to our ongoing success. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, manage subscriber accounts, and handle data entry and report preparation. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and work independently will be highly valued.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent customer service and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and a positive, energetic attitude.
