About Nez Perce Tribe Water Resources Division
The Nez Perce Tribe Water Resources Division is seeking a dedicated and experienced Climate Pollution Reduction Grant Coordinator to join our team in Lapwai, Idaho. As a leader in environmental stewardship and sustainability, the Nez Perce Tribe is committed to protecting natural resources and fostering a healthier future for our community and the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to manage multi-million-dollar projects funded through the EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including residential energy improvements, housing upgrades, renewable energy projects, battery storage, electric vehicle infrastructure, fleet transition, wood stove replacement, and afforestation activities.
As the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in project planning and implementation, budget tracking, grant administration, procurement and contract coordination, reporting, compliance, and partner coordination. We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s preferred), at least five years of professional experience (or three with a master’s), and two years of supervisory or leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a positive environmental impact.
